 Pontifex Contest 5

Welcome to the fifth 'kinda monthly' Pontifex contest! Everyone is welcome to enter. The full version of Pontifex is required.
For the uncertain, the point is to build the cheapest bridge possible that allows the train to complete the level while obeying the following simple rules...

The Rules

There are 2 main bridge categories: 'perfectly clean' and 'dirty'.

For 'perfectly clean' bridges:

1. The bridge must have no broken links on hard difficulty.

2. The train may not pass through any links while crossing the bridge.

3. No bridge links may penetrate the level terrain.

4. The bridge must work with any train delay beyond the 'settling point'.

For 'dirty' bridges:

5. The bridge must work on hard difficulty, either with zero train delay or after settling (or in both cases).

For all bridges:

6. You may not exploit bugs or flaws in the game engine (e.g. cable compression, decks with some steel missing, etc.) .

7. Your bridge will be located in the 'bridge' sub-folder in your Pontifex folder (default filename would be contest5.pxb). Attach it to an e-mail and send it to contest5@bridgebuilder-game.com. Don't use filenames longer than 8 characters.

8. The e-mail subject must read "Cost: xxx Name: yyy, [clean/dirty]". An example would be "Cost: 123456 Name: Gray, clean". Use the e-mail link above to make sure you get it right.

9. The contest ends at 9:00 PM GMT (1:00 PM PST) on June 20th. I take no responsibility for e-mail servers being too slow for your e-mail to reach me in time, etc.

10. I can't keep you from sending in several bridges under different names, but please be patient and polite and only send in one clean and one dirty solution, that is 2 different bridges, at most.

11. Any discussions on contest bridge costs are to be kept in this special sub-forum. On an experimental basis, it is password-protected. To get the password, first read this.

12. Breaking, bending or scratching any of the above rules will result in disqualification. If you are unsure whether or not your bridge meets all the requirements, contact me for a clarification before submitting your entry.

13. In the event of a tie, the entry I receive first will be rated better.
