Clean, 3rd place - Bridge Captain
The five best clean bridges use the bottom anchor points for the suports. The best suspension bridge (by Mike H) is also very close to the optimum, but it's still several thousand bucks more expensive. Among the top 5, Eraser manages to snap the third place, with both Dragonspeare and Nick nipping at his heels. (Hint: you can tell a bridge is well-optimized when it has those short steel links reinforcing some critical joints :) ) Well done, Captain!

Dirty, 3rd place - Bridge Bandit
Let's take a look at the Dark Side. Here, greenT manages to build a surprisingly cheap 'suspension' bridge that actually relies (or 'lies') on the water to support the train! By making such heavy use of the water, greenT can make his bridge lighter and leave several competitors with similar bridges behind - Dogon1013, Gernot and sKiS all underestimated the power of the wet train :) Good job, greenT!
