Clean, 1st place - Bridge General
Just when everyone thought the classic 'arched deck' design was the best, Gaff surpassed everyone with this innovative 'mixed' design. I must admit, I was really surprised. Original idea + solid implementation = damn good bridge. A lesson for everyone who thought there could be no new concepts in Pontifex bridge building. Congrats! All hail the Bridge General!
Dirty, 1st place - Bridge Don
Due to my belated rules correction, Gernot's clean bridge failed to comply with the rules. I'm really sorry about this. 'Fortunately', however, it wasn't cheap enough to get him a title. But let's not let this misunderstanding distract us from the much more important fact that Gernot's dirty bridge was simply the best! I don't think it gets any dirtier than this. It can barely support the train, and it doesn't even work every time, but it does work pretty often, which is just enough to qualify as 'dirty'! This bridge earns Gernot the title of Bridge Don! Respect!
