EXPERT, 3rd place - Bridge Experts Knight
I don't say this was easy, but this bridge obviously can be optimized (I'd estimate something around 20K). Anyway, this is the cheapest bridge that meets all requirements originally intended and Miko takes home the title of the "Bridge Experts Knight" and the associated medal and Hall of Fame points. Congrats, Miko!
